為(wei)聆(ling)聽(ting)新員工(gong)(gong)的心聲和需求,幫助(zhu)大(da)家解(jie)決問題,促進新員工(gong)(gong)快(kuai)速成長,6月13日下午,財務公(gong)司舉辦“傾聽(ting)‘新’聲、凝‘新’聚力、助(zhu)‘新’成長、共話未來”——新員工(gong)(gong)座談會(hui)(hui)。公(gong)司領導(dao)班子及(ji)新入(ru)職公(gong)司兩年以內的員工(gong)(gong)參加此(ci)次會(hui)(hui)議。 會議(yi)開始前首先(xian)由綜合管理部張(zhang)淼(miao)帶領大家學習了集團(tuan)企(qi)業文(wen)化精(jing)神,理解集團(tuan)“十種意識”、“八字(zi)方針”、“四個(ge)本質”、“四個(ge)一身”、“四個(ge)安全”等精(jing)神內涵。接著新員(yuan)工(gong)(gong)依次分享了工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)心得、工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)的成長(chang)與進(jin)步(bu)、困惑與難題,并(bing)為公司未來(lai)發展出謀劃策、積極進(jin)言。 此(ci)次(ci)座談(tan)會,大家共聚(ju)一堂(tang),暢談(tan)心聲,公司領(ling)導班子認(ren)真聽取(qu)新(xin)員(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)的問題和建(jian)議,并對新(xin)員(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)寄(ji)予希望。總助馬曉容要求新(xin)員(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)一要遵章(zhang)守紀,以此(ci)規范(fan)自身;二要對標找(zhao)差,明確(que)職業規劃;三(san)要加強學習、積(ji)極融入(ru)團隊。支部(bu)書記張棟表示未(wei)來(lai)將多開展黨建(jian)活動,提(ti)升團隊凝聚(ju)力(li),并鼓勵年輕員(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)積(ji)極向黨組(zu)織靠攏,提(ti)交入(ru)黨申請書。 最后,總經理(li)(li)張明珠對(dui)(dui)此次(ci)活(huo)動舉(ju)辦(ban)表示(shi)充(chong)分(fen)肯(ken)定,并(bing)為新(xin)員工提(ti)出三點建議:一(yi)要端正態度、嚴(yan)于律己、注(zhu)意言行(xing)、規范細節,努力(li)(li)踐(jian)行(xing)企業文化精神;二(er)要自覺擔(dan)當盡責,扎根(gen)學(xue)習(xi),確(que)保工作有(you)成效(xiao)、能力(li)(li)有(you)提(ti)升;三要常懷感恩之心(xin)(xin),勠力(li)(li)同(tong)心(xin)(xin)、聚力(li)(li)前行(xing),對(dui)(dui)公(gong)(gong)司(si)有(you)責任心(xin)(xin)、對(dui)(dui)工作有(you)恒心(xin)(xin)、對(dui)(dui)同(tong)事(shi)要熱心(xin)(xin)、對(dui)(dui)自己有(you)信心(xin)(xin)。未來,公(gong)(gong)司(si)將進(jin)一(yi)步加強(qiang)員工間的(de)溝通與交(jiao)流、凝心(xin)(xin)聚力(li)(li)、注(zhu)重培訓,提(ti)升公(gong)(gong)司(si)管理(li)(li)效(xiao)能。(供(gong)稿:水(shui)投(tou)財務公(gong)(gong)司(si))
